What if I receive incorrect items?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of your order so we can assess all possible resolutions. Please ensure you do not open these from their tamperproof packaging. Opened items can not be returned.
What if my item is defective?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry.
This applies to any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please start the process of returning your items via our Returns Center within 7 days of delivery:
Once your return has been started, you will be provided with step by step information to complete the return process.
We would like the defective pieces returned within 30 days of the claim. Once the jewelry is returned and the claim is verified, we will apply a credit to your account for the price of the piece and the shipping. These pieces are discarded and never resold.
In the event you are unable to ship within this time, please let us know so we know when to expect the defective pieces returned. Please wrap all defective jewelry in a sealed bag, clearly marked WORN. Don't forget you MUST include your name and RMA number.
TOP TIP: Using the package the items arrived in is secure and better for the environment.
If you are in North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, please ship your defective jewelry to the following address and if you're in the US, please ship via regular USPS postage for small bubble mailers, tracked but not signed.

What are non-eligible returns?
In the event you request a return on a piece due to an ordering error on your part, we can only return jewelry that has not yet been opened from its original tamperproof packaging. It should also be reported within 48 hours or receipt.
In the event you are submitting a return due to an end not fitting on a post or visa versa, this will be checked by the returns team before a credit is issued.
Please remember like most companies we can not guarantee the correct and secure fitting of Junipurr Jewelry to other brands and as such, compatibility is not covered in any way under our lifetime warranty. We reserve the right to test returns for fitting and if a piece is returned for this reason and we can't replicate the issue, the jewelry will be returned to you at your cost and the postage to us is not eligible for refund.
