What if I receive incorrect items?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of your order so we can assess all possible resolutions.
What if my item is defective?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry.
This applies to any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the defective items.
We would like the defective pieces returned within 30 days of the claim. Once the jewelry is returned and the claim is verified, we will apply a credit to your account. These pieces will be discarded and would never been sold to other clients.
In the event you are unable to ship within this time, please let us know so we know when to expect the defective pieces returned.
