What if I receive incorrect items?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please email within 7 days of delivery with photographs of your order so we can assess all possible resolutions.

What if my item is defective?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry.

This applies to any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please start the process of returning your items by visiting the following page within 7 days of delivery:

Once your return has been started, you will be provided with step by step information to complete the return process.

We would like the defective pieces returned within 30 days of the claim. Once the jewelry is returned and the claim is verified, we will apply a credit to your account.   These pieces will be discarded and would never be sold to other clients.

In the event you are unable to ship within this time, please let us know so we know when to expect the defective pieces returned.  Please wrap all defective jewelry appropriately in a bag, clearly mark in ‘WORN’, and include your name and RMA number.  You can use the package the items arrived in or another package if you prefer.

If you are in North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, please ship your defective jewelry to the following address.  If you're in the US, please ship via regular USPS postage for small bubble mailers, tracked but not signed.
