What are the payment options?
We accept payments with American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When will I be billed for my order?
Your card is charged immediately after order completion. All items available on the online store are ready to be purchased and shipped. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, you will be contacted and your order will not be completed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you for a refund or credit.
How do I know if my order was completed?
Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to a page that will show your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming the order within 48 hours. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second email informing it has been shipped, which includes shipment details and tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number associated with your package. You can use this tracking number to view the location of your package on the carrier's website. Please note that sometimes a carrier's website can take up to 48 hours to show shipping information.
Volume Credit Back
How does the Volume Credit Back program work?
Eligible orders automatically earn store credit based on the final paid cart value before taxes and shipping.
The current earning tiers are:
- Orders over $700 USD earn 3% back
- Orders over $900 USD earn 5% back
- Orders over $1,500 USD earn 7% back
- Orders over $2,500 USD earn 10% back
Only the highest qualifying tier is applied to each order. Tiers are not cumulative.
How are credits calculated?
Credits are calculated based on the final paid product subtotal of eligible orders.
All Junipurr products are eligible for Volume Credit Back rewards.
Taxes, shipping fees, duties, gift cards, and additional service charges are not included in credit calculations.
When are credits issued?
Credits are automatically issued immediately after an order has been successfully paid.
Your available credit balance can be viewed within your customer account.
Do credits expire?
No. Volume Credit Back credits do not expire.
Can credits be combined with other promotions or rewards?
Volume Credit Back credits may be combined with eligible promotions unless otherwise stated.
Orders paid partially or fully with store credit are still eligible to earn credits based on the final paid amount.
Can credits be transferred between accounts?
No. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account that earned them.
Can credits be redeemed for cash?
No. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for cash.
Can Junipurr modify the program?
Yes. Junipurr reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Volume Credit Back program or its earning tiers at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect credits that have already been issued to customer accounts.
Why was this program created?
The Volume Credit Back program was designed to support studios placing larger stock-up orders by returning long-term value back to our professional partners.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect your package to be shipped next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination and start counting once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email.
Estimated timelines are listed in the shipping options above and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Junipurr's control.
Please note that shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Junipurr does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

Where is Junipurr Jewelry based?
Junipurr Jewelry is a Canadian owned company. All designs and shipments are created and fulfilled in Canada.
What material standards do Junipurr Jewelry follow?
Junipurr Jewelry is an Association of Professional Piercers (APP) Corporate Sponsor and we are compliant with APP's quality and safety standards.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We only use nickel free, 14k solid gold for our jewelry. The only exception is our pins which are made of steel; we do this to make them harder and less likely to break. Our gold is independently checked by approved assay offices and our certificates are available under Our Certifications page on the website.
Is Junipurr's gold ethically sourced?
All our gold is ethically sourced and suppliers are supervised by the World Gold Council.
Is there rhodium in Junipurr's white gold jewelry?
Yes, for the brightest finish there is a small amount of rhodium in our white gold. This is a common industry practice. For more information, please refer to Our Certifications page.

What is “My Account”?
An account with Junipurr Jewelry allows you to keep track of your orders, view purchase history, manage your personal information, and view your shopping cart. Accounts must be reviewed before approval. You can submit your application for a Junipurr Jewelry account by clicking here.
What if I forget my account password?
You can always create a new password for your Junipurr Account by using the Password Retrieval feature. Click here or on “Forgot My Password” on the login page. Enter the email address you used to register and we'll send you an email with further instructions.
How do I access my credit?
All you need to do is log into your Junipurr account and click on Store Credit. Happy shopping!
How do I print my invoice of past orders?
You can print your invoices of past orders by logging into your Account, select the order and click the Print Invoice button. This works on both our website and our apps.
Titanium
What material is your titanium made of and where?
Junipurr's titanium is made of verified implant grade ASTM F136. It is made in Europe.
Is your titanium APP approved?
Yes.
Can your titanium be anodized?
Yes. Absolutely.
What is your return policy on your titanium?
Similar to our gold, we offer lifetime warranty on our titanium products.
Returns related to sizing will be evaluated. Please note that items may have slight size tolerances.
