What are the payment options?
We accept payments with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards of the following types: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

When will I be billed for my order?
Your card is charged immediately after order completion. All items available on the online store are ready to be purchased and shipped. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, you will be contacted and your order will not be completed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you for a refund or credit.
How do I know if my order was completed?
Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to a page that will show your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming the order within 48 hours. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second email informing it has been shipped, which includes shipment details and tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number associated with your package. You can use this tracking number to view the location of your package on the carrier's website. Please note that sometimes a carrier's website can take up to 48 hours to show shipping information.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect your package to be shipped next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination and starts counting once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.
CANADA:
We currently use Canada Post as the preferential carrier. Orders shipping to Canada can take from 2 to 8 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout.
UNITED STATES:
Orders shipping to the U.S. go through USPS and can take from 2 to 9 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive.
EUROPE:
Orders shipping to Europe are sent via UPS or Asendia and can take from 4 to 22 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive.
ARGENTINA AND CHILE:
Orders shipping to Argentina and Chile are sent via USPS or UPS and can take from 4 to 22 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive.
BRAZIL:
Orders shipping to Brazil are sent via UPS or Asendia and can take from 4 to 21 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive.
PUERTO RICO:
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico are sent via UPS or USPS and can take from 2 to 4 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Junipurr does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Gold Jewelry
Where is Junipurr Jewelry made?
Junipurr Jewelry is a Canadian owned company. Our jewelry is proudly and ethically made under Canadian supervision in Hong Kong and China. All designs and shipments are created and fulfilled in Canada.
What material standards do Junipurr Jewelry follow?
Junipurr Jewelry is an Association of Professional Piercers (APP) Corporate Sponsor and we are compliant with APP's quality and safety standards.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We only use nickel free, 14k solid gold for our jewelry. The only exception is our pins which are made of steel; we do this to make them harder and less likely to break. Our gold is independently checked by approved assay offices and our certificates are available under Our Certifications page on the website.
Is Junipurr's gold ethically sourced?
All our gold is ethically sourced and suppliers are supervised by the World Gold Council.
Is there rhodium in Junipurr's white gold jewelry?
Yes, for the brightest finish there is a small amount of rhodium in their white gold. This is a common industry practice. For more information, please refer to Our Certifications page.

Junipurr is designed to fit into industry standard threadless posts from APP approved companies, this is the option we recommend to ensure security and fit.

What is “My Account”?
An account with Junipurr Jewelry allows you to keep track of your orders, view purchase history, manage your personal information, and view your shopping cart. Accounts must be reviewed before approval. You can submit your application for a Junipurr Jewelry account by clicking here.
What if I forget my account password?
You can always create a new password for your Junipurr Account by using the Password Retrieval feature. Click here or on “Forgot My Password” on the login page. Enter the email address you used to register and we'll send you an email with further instructions.
How do I access my credit?
All you need to do is log into your Junipurr account and click on Store Credit. Happy shopping!
How do I print my invoice of past orders?
You can print your invoices of past orders by logging into your Account, select the order and click the Print Invoice button. This works on both our website and our apps.

What material is your titanium made of and where?
Junipurr's titanium is made of verified implant grade ASTM F136. It is made in Europe.
Is your titanium APP approved?
Yes.
Can your titanium be anodized?
Yes. Absolutely.
What is your return policy on your titanium?
Similar to our gold, we offer lifetime warranty on our titanium products.

Yes.
