What is the Junipurr Rewards program?

JUnipurr rewards is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your wholesale online purchases and redeem those points for discount codes to be used towards our titanium products.

How do I join the program?

All clients with active wholesale accounts are automatically entered in to the program. If you do not have a wholesale account yet, apply for one here. Our wholesale accounts are open to professional piercers only.

Is the Junipurr Rewards free to join?

Yes! It’s completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It’s just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!

How do I earn Junipurr Reward points?

For every U.S. dollar you spend on Junipurr Jewelry products you earn 1 point in Junipurr Rewards. Points hold no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, for another product, or Junipurr Credits.

What types of product count for collecting points?

You earn points by purchasing all types of products offered in our online store.

Do subscription orders qualify for reward loyalty points?

Yes! You’ll earn points on every subscription order (and save 10%!).

What are Rewards?

Rewards are discount codes to be used towards the purchase of Junipurr Jewelry Titanium products. Points can be redeemed for these discount codes which you can apply to your titanium order at checkout. Rewards hold no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, or Junipurr Credits.

How do I redeem Rewards?

Once you log into your Junipurr Wholesale Account, you'll be able to add a Reward to your online cart from the Rewards Panel, or during the checkout process.

Do Points expire?

We encourage you to redeem your points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Junipurr Rewards program. All unredeemed points expire when you have not engaged in point activity associated with your Junipurr Rewards (through purchase or redemption for Rewards) for 12 months or more.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Earn as many points as you can—we dare you! The number of points you can earn is uncapped, so shop and earn away.

If I return an item that I used Junipurr Rewards to buy, will I be refunded for the points?

Junipurr Rewards applied to your purchase is non-refundable.

What happens to my points when I return items?

All points earned from this purchase will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Junipurr Rewards.

Can I redeem Junipurr Rewards multiple times within a transaction?

Clients can redeem discount codes to be used towards the purchase of Titanium products once per transaction on qualifying purchases.

Can I use Junipurr Rewards with other promotions or discount codes?

Junipurr Rewards are not stackable and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, Junipurr credits, or discount codes.

How do I contact you about Junipurr Rewards?

Junipurr Jewelry may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion and without notice.
