Hello September! 🌙
Dear Junipurr Family,
I hope everyone had a good August! We were lucky to spend a few days at Prince Edward County (which is around a 2 hour drive away) with 3 other families which was so lovely. Our kids got a chance to explore the little town full of sunflowers (see picture below)! We also spent a day at the Sandbanks Beach, it was Jax' first time visiting a beach! Really cherishing every moment with these littles before they start school in September.
From a Junipurr perspective, we have been busy working on our titanium threadless labret posts. Thank you to those who have participated in our titanium beta program and for completing our survey. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us which will guide us in improving our products. We are also happy to have launched our UK Fulfillment Center which will improve our shipping times to all of our European clients. Thank you to everyone who bought a charity raffle ticket, we are so grateful to have raised $4,321.97 USD for the Afghan Women's Organization Refugee & Immigrant Services. Congratulations to Jeremiah Hirsch for winning our 21 hole jewelry display with 21 pieces of gold threadless jewelry. Congratulations to Emily Standridge for being our August Piercer Growth Fund! Over the last month, we received a few returns on some pins being too thick/ long. This issue was originally identified back in January and communicated via our Support Updates page and our June newsletter where we isolated this issue to a small batch of jewelry made in November 2020 and has been corrected since then. If you haven't yet, would you please check your Junipurr stock to ensure you don't have any of these impacted stock? And if so, please submit a request to have them returned. As always, we credit your account for any postage spent on the return.
What we've worked on this month:
UK Fulfillment Centre
Making jewellery accessible has always been one of the pillars of Junipurr’s mission.
We are now happy to announce we have made a huge stride forward in improving our shipping times by opening another distribution centre in the UK.
This means that our European clients will now be able to experience significantly shorter shipping times, just as our North American clients are accustomed to.
Thank you all for supporting our company and making this big step possible! We are excited to continue to learn and grow alongside you all.
Let's help those in need in Afghanistan
The events over the past few days have really weighed on me. Being a mother and an immigrant, I can't imagine what the people of Afghanistan are going through right now. I am so lucky to live in a country where I don't have to wake up and worry if there is a war raging outside my home. Whether or not I have to make the hard choice of separating from my children in order for them to have a better future. This is why we hosted a charity raffle to to raise funds for the Afghan Women’s Organization Refugee & Immigrant Services (AWO).
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank everyone who have bought a raffle ticket. We are so proud to share we have raised $4,321.97 USD for the AWO. “AWO works with refugees and immigrants, particularly those who have experienced wars and persecution, with a special focus on women and their families. Its mission is to improve their quality of life and to promote their social and economic inclusion in order to enable them to become contributing members of society and to live in dignity.”
Congratulations to Jeremiah Hirsch for winning a 21 hole moon display, adorned with 21 pieces covering a wide variety of our 14k gold threadless ends, valued at approximately $900 USD.

Junipurr's Piercer Growth Fund
We’re excited to announce that Emily Standridge @piercingsbyemm is our August recipient of our Junipurr's Piercer Growth Fund.
