Hey, my name is Tanja, I was born in 1992 in Kassel and started piercing in 2013 while studying sociology. When I started piercing I soon realized that I will finish my studies but want to concentrate completely on piercing. So I finished my master studies in 2019 and started my own business. Somehow I already knew at the age of 12 that being a piercer is my dream job.
Since 2018 I am member of the Verband Professioneller Piercer and since 2020 the first female German member of the Association of Professional Piercers. Meanwhile I am owner of the nakedsteel in Berlin and work there together with my wonderful partner Enrico Gerstung.
I find the concept of Junipurr so interesting, because it gives people in our industry easy access to high quality jewellery and at the same time it is in active exchange with us piercers. I am very happy that as a Pro Team Member I get the opportunity to be part of something very promising.
